These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ResumeUp, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using ResumeUp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ResumeUp provides AI-assisted resume analysis, job description keyword analysis, and resume rewriting outputs for informational and productivity purposes.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the Service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
• using automation to abuse credits or bypass limits
• uploading content you do not have rights to use
• using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity

4. Payments and Credits

Paid features are offered through credit packages. Credits are consumed when a full report is generated.

Payment processing is handled by third-party processors, including Lemon Squeezy (and underlying card/payment networks such as Stripe, where applicable). We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy Summary

Digital goods are generally non-refundable after delivery. Refunds may be considered in cases of verified technical failure under our Refund Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

ResumeUp provides tools and suggestions only. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or any specific career result.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, software, and content (excluding user-provided input) are owned by ResumeUp or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
